My path to this work wasn't found in textbooks. Like many souls I now serve, I once believed I needed fixing. I spent years thinking healing meant becoming someone different, better, more "together."
The revelation changed everything: I wasn't broken. Neither are you.
This understanding didn't come from training—it emerged from my own journey of returning home to myself, of remembering who I'd always been beneath the layers of who I thought I should be.
With over 25 years in counseling and healing work, I've discovered that true transformation happens not through fixing, but through remembering. This led me to specialize in identity coaching, creating sacred containers for growth, and training other practitioners in approaches that honor wholeness.
