Meet
Your Guide Home
Tracy Barbee is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Certified ADHD Specialist, Clinical Supervisor (VA), Certified Integrative Medicine Provider, and founder of TrueForm Co. She is also the owner of Fountain of Hope Counseling Center (now transitioning to The Fountain Within) in Chesapeake, VA.
Tracy doesn’t subscribe to the idea that people are broken or in need of fixing. She sees people as already whole—and gently guides them to remember that truth.
As a speaker, retreat host, intuitive practitioner, and author, Tracy leads people back to their inner selves so they can live in alignment with who they’ve always been. Whether she’s guiding a couple into reconnection, mentoring emerging therapists, or creating tools that echo your presence, her mission remains the same: return to center, embody what’s true.
